Director, Co-Head of US Practice
Nick is a Director and leads our New York office. He focuses on partner representation as well as strategic assignments on behalf of law firms. He has significant experience across the US and has been responsible for a number of prominent partner and team moves in New York, Northern California and Texas. Nick works with leading US as well as international law firms and is regularly instructed by senior leadership in relation to his clients’ growth plans. He enjoys a hands-on, detail-focused approach to recruitment.
Prior to joining Marsden, Nick worked in the partner recruitment team at a preeminent US law firm and, as such, has a unique perspective on how recruitment processes operate.
Nick currently splits his time between London and New York.
