At Marsden, Anand works directly with managing partners and practice leaders on targeted partner acquisitions, team moves, and strategic growth mandates. His advice is direct, commercially grounded, and execution-focused – built on firsthand experience of how law firms actually make hiring decisions. He is trusted when the mandate is critical, the stakes are high, and the outcome matters.
He has operated inside the system at the highest level, holding senior talent leadership roles at Hogan Lovells, White & Case, and Morrison Foerster. Over his career, he has led the recruitment and integration of more than 300 partners and partner-led teams globally, giving him a precise understanding of what separates successful lateral hires from expensive mistakes. Earlier in his career as Global Head of Recruitment at UBS Investment Bank, he advised senior leadership on complex, high-stakes hiring across competitive international markets.
Anand resides in New York with his wife and is the proud father of a daughter and son in college. He enjoys travel, golf, fitness and fine wines.
