Cormac Byrne is a legal recruitment consultant based in Marsden’s Dubai office, specialising in legal hiring across the Middle East.

Since 2021, Cormac has focused exclusively on legal recruitment in the region, partnering with leading regional and international law firms, corporates and financial institutions. His deep understanding of the Middle East legal market — combined with a relationship-driven and consultative approach — has enabled him to successfully deliver mid-senior level legal hires and support numerous international lawyers relocating to the Middle East.

Before joining Marsden, Cormac studied Business and Accounting in Ireland and relocated to the United Arab Emirates, where he has continued to build extensive experience managing recruitment mandates across the GCC and wider Middle East.
