George is a private practice recruiter with four years of experience in the US legal market. His practice primarily focuses on helping associates make strategic lateral moves to our key V10 clients across New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Texas, and California.

George has a proven track record across a range of practice areas, including Energy & Infrastructure, M&A/Private Equity, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Investment Funds, Real Estate, and Restructuring.

Although based in our London office, George frequently travels to the US to meet with both clients and candidates. Before joining Marsden in 2024, he worked at another legal recruitment firm, focusing on associate and partner moves within the US market.

George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Newcastle University, graduating in 2021.
