Hetty is a Consultant in Marsden’s Private Practice team, based in our London office. Her practice primarily focuses on helping associates make strategic lateral moves to our key Top100 law firm clients.

Hetty has a proven track record across a range of practice areas, including Banking & Finance, Competition, Employment, Real Estate, IP and Restructuring. She has successfully placed lawyers across a broad range of practice areas and seniority levels, working with top US, international, and leading UK firms.

Before joining Marsden, Hetty worked at another legal recruitment firm, where she gained experience recruiting Associates and Knowledge Lawyers into leading law firms across the UK and Ireland.
