Team Assistant
Prior to joining Marsden, India worked as a Consultant within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice in Melbourne, where she gained experience across learning and development, AI impact analysis, and workforce strategy. In this role, she supported both national and international clients across a broad range of industries.
India has lived and studied in five countries, including Australia, Switzerland, Canada, Singapore, and the Netherlands, bringing a global perspective to her work. She holds an academic background in Business Management and Psychology from the University of Queensland.
With a strong interest in human behaviour in the workplace, India is passionate about collaborating with others and supporting individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.
