Nick Paleocrassas
Head of EMEA
Nick leads Marsden’s EMEA team. Based in London, he advises on strategic partner and team recruitment across Europe and the Middle East.
Nick has the in-depth market knowledge, the strong connections with law firm leaders and the transactional experience to operate at the very highest level. Throughout his career, he has helped to facilitate numerous high-profile, headline moves, both in London and across Europe.
Since joining Marsden, Nick has carried out partner searches in Brussels, Frankfurt, Madrid, Paris and Vienna. He has also worked with firms looking to merge or to open in new jurisdictions (including the recent launch of a UK law firm in Germany). In addition, he continues to be active in London, where he works with law firms looking to expand in strategic areas, as well as representing partners and teams who are moving their practices to a new firm.
Nick has studied French and Spanish to A-level and speaks fluent Greek. He has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
