Rory Kramer-Strong leads Marsden’s specialist Corporate Governance recruitment practice. With over a decade of experience partnering with C-suite executives, Legal Directors, General Counsel and Governance leaders, Rory connects organisations with high-calibre, diverse Corporate Governance and Legal talent across the UK and internationally.

Rory advises a broad client base including UK FTSE-listed companies, international PLCs and regulated financial services organisations, spanning retail and investment banking, asset management and insurance. He has successfully delivered more than 500 Governance and Legal search mandates, with particular expertise in senior appointments such as Group Company Secretary, General Counsel & Company Secretary, Deputy Company Secretary and Head of Secretariat.
