Aïssa is an experienced legal recruitment industry researcher for the Strategic Assignments and In-House teams.
Her role involves market mapping and candidate resourcing to support our consultants. Prior to joining Marsden, she spent over three years at another leading legal recruitment firm as a Knowledge Manager. She has a legal background, having gained a BA hons and MA in Law from the University of Cambridge.
In her spare time she volunteers as a mentor for HERA International which helps victims of trafficking and modern-day slavery. Previously, she worked as Executive Director for WILEF, the Women in Law Empowerment Forum.
