Director of Client Services – US Offices
Karen is our US Director of Client Services and plays an integral role in the development of our US offices.
During the span of Karen’s career, she has been a key advisor to Executive and Senior Management teams, helping their firm achieve their domestic and international strategic growth plans. She has significant experience in legal recruitment from both the firm management and executive search firm sides. Karen started her career with Brown Rudnick in Boston, and then spent several years at WilmerHale in Washington, DC managing all aspects of their global partner hiring.
After leaving the law firm management side of recruitment, Karen spent eight years as head of US operations for London-based Fox Rodney Search. Most recently she has acted as a legal talent acquisition consultant to Allen & Overy for their North American offices and practice group expansion efforts.
