James is a Resourcer at Marsden with a focus on candidate management and building high-quality talent pools primarily supporting our busy interim offering in addition to identifying and sourcing niche candidates for our wider in-house and private practice teams.
Graduating from the University of the Free State, South Africa in 2019, with a Bachelor of Laws, James has worked in both legal and sales roles leading James to specialise and pursue a career in legal recruitment.
James’ background has allowed him to become accustomed to working across a diverse range of sectors and seniorities whilst maintaining a personable and customer-centric approach when working with both our candidates and clients.
