Nicholas is part of Marsden’s EMEA team, recruiting partners, teams and associates across Europe.
A fluent German speaker with an undergraduate degree in German from the University of Bristol, Nicholas has particular knowledge and experience of the Swiss legal market, having conducted searches for both international and local Swiss firms looking to recruit new partners and teams.
Nicholas has been involved in office openings for international law firms and has assisted firms branching out into new practice areas. He also has a track record in representing partners and teams looking to transition their business to a new firm.
