Marsden Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy Statement 2025
Modern slavery is a violation of human rights and includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. We take a zero-tolerance approach to these practices. We are committed to ethical business conduct including preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains.
This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and covers the financial year ending 30 June 2025. It was approved by the Board on 16 September 2025.
1. Our Business
Marsden International Legal Search Limited is a UK company (05173876 ). Marsden International Legal Search Limited also has an in-house division called Marsden In-house and is a 100% owner of Marsden International FZ-LLZ. Marsden International Legal Search Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary along with Marsden International Pty Ltd and Marsden International Limited of a holding company called Cornhill Bond Consulting Limited (12075967). ). We are often referred to as “Marsden”.

2. Our Policies
Marsden has a number of internal policies that support our commitment to ethical conduct including:

3. Risk Management
We expect all those in our supply chains to operate in an ethical, legally compliant and professional manner. We communicate with our suppliers accordingly and highlight our commitment to the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking, and our zero tolerance approach to anyone in breach of this commitment.
4. Monitoring, Compliance and Reporting
The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains is the responsibility of those working for us or under our control.

5. Breaches of Policy
Marsden may terminate relationships with individuals or organisations found to be in breach of this policy.
