Lucy is a highly experienced legal recruiter who has built a strong network across the Australian legal market since 2006, having relocated from London where she also recruited lawyers in private practice. She is continually given repeat business and is often asked directly by the CEO’s and Managing Partners of law firms for her advice on the market.
Having been specialising in the domestic market for some sixteen years, Lucy moves lawyers of all levels from associates, partners and teams. She prides herself on her direct and honest approach as well as understanding the importance and significance of a career move for a lawyer and all that entails.
