We conduct our own internal diversity monitoring report annually; the 2022 report can be read here. The statistics reflect the data declared by our people in January 2022; the key monitoring points of which are:

  • 67.3% of our staff are female
  • The ages of our staff are quite evenly split among the 25-34, 35-44 and 45-54 age bands
  • We support a wide range of religious beliefs
  • Just over one-fifth of our staff are Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic
  • 93.1% described themselves as heterosexual
  • Nearly 50% have primary caring responsibilities for children under the age of 18
  • 27.6% of our staff work part-time
  • Nearly one-third attended UK state schools; 32.8% attended school outside of the UK
  • None of our staff consider themselves to have a disability, but 5.2% said that their day-to-day activities are limited by a health problem or a disability
