We conduct our own internal diversity monitoring report annually; the 2023 report can be read here. The statistics reflect the data declared by our people in January 2023; the key monitoring points of which are:

  • More than half (59%) of our employees are female
  • The ages of our employees are quite evenly split among the 25-34, 35-44 and 45-54 age bands – slightly higher in the latter category
  • We support a wide range of religious beliefs, with 68.2% following a religion or belief
  • 16.7% of our employees identify as Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic
  • 90.9% described themselves as heterosexual
  • More than half (54.5%) have primary caring responsibilities for children under the age of 18
  • 27.6% of our staff work part-time
  • More than one-third attended state schools in the UK; 28.8% attended schools outside the UK
  • 4.5% of our employees consider themselves to have a disability
