Global Operations Manager
Dharshy coordinates Marsden’s global operations, ensuring core business services run smoothly and efficiently. As well as managing the IT, Finance and HR functions, she works closely with the Directors to manage strategic projects.
Before joining Marsden, Dharshy worked at two of Canada’s most respected law firms, McMillan and Davis & Co. Key projects included managing an IT upgrade and developing a new document management system.
