Matt Moody is a Senior Consultant in Marsden’s New York office. He places lawyers at all levels into leading law firms across the USA.
Before joining Marsden, Matt was a key member of a widely respected search firm where he was a major contributor to their associate recruitment practice. Prior to his career in recruitment he was the Senior Law Editor at Vault, where he published Vault’s career guides for legal job candidates and consulted with law firms regarding recruiting strategies and lawyer satisfaction. His role at Vault gave him unique insight into attorneys’ experiences at the top global law firms and an in-depth understanding of the hiring process from the perspective of both candidates and recruiting teams.
Prior to his time at Vault, Matt was a litigator at two highly regarded law firms and focused his practice on class action defense and appeals. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Journalism.
