Nick focuses on lateral partner and team recruitment. At Marsden, he will be playing a senior role in developing the firm’s London and European partner practice, as well as working with the international assignments team.
A legal recruiter for nearly two decades, Nick has the in-depth market knowledge, the strong connections with law firm leaders and the transactional experience to operate at the very highest level. Throughout his career, he has dealt with numerous senior lawyers and has helped to facilitate high profile, headline moves across all key City practice areas.
Nick has been particularly successful working with the US law firms in Europe on their strategic recruitment initiatives. His recent track record includes prominent partner placements in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Finance, Restructuring and Litigation. While most of his work has been in London, he has also been responsible for some significant moves in Germany.
Before joining Marsden, Nick was a senior consultant at the largest legal recruitment firm in the US and previously spent eleven years at one of the most successful boutiques in London.
