Sarita started her career as a lawyer and made the switch into in-house legal recruitment in 2005. She is passionate about all things Commerce & Industry and the impact that in-house lawyers make in business.

For almost two decades she has worked on a broad range of sectors, in particular Technology, Media and Telecommunications, recruiting for FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies through to SMEs. Sarita’s intuitive approach enables her to quickly relate to her clients and candidates and form long-lasting partnerships.

Some of Sarita’s most fulfilling work has been spent working closely with General Counsel to create balanced teams – building and developing their in-house legal functions with various legal roles with different skill sets and specialisms.

Sarita is always happy to talk about the ever-changing landscape of the in-house legal function in companies and highlight the range of recruitment options and solutions available for her clients. She also takes great pride in coaching lawyers looking for a career change and employs a creative approach.
