Amanda leads Marsden’s interim offering in the UK market. She focuses on senior interim and consultant appointments, primarily across the FS, fintech and TMT sectors. This includes interim General Counsel, Heads of Legal and senior specialist lawyers to support on project based work.
Amanda has a customer-centric approach, working with both candidates and clients to deliver collaborative and innovative solutions to their recruitment needs. She often partners with colleagues in the permanent team to develop an all-round strategy for both parties. Amanda regularly works on maternity cover contracts, support covers during a permanent recruitment drive, or part time consulting requirements.
She brings over 15 years experience in interim recruitment working with leading consultancies in London and in her native Australia. Amanda has an extensive network in the London market and regularly provides insights into market trends and thought leadership.
